Rich Leonard was recently invited by Berkeley Law School to speak about his new book, ' From Welcome to Windhoek: A Judge's Journey ,' as part of the Berkeley Judicial Institute ‘s B-CLE offerings. The Berkeley Judicial Institute (BJI)'s mission is to build bridges between judges and academics and to promote an ethical, resilient and independent judiciary, according to its website.
