BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio () — There is a mystery surrounding the disappearance of a Belmont County man who was last seen in New York City. David Eric Campbell, 48, of St. Clairsville was last seen in Times Square on December 18, 2021 when he posted a Facebook Live stream. His friends and family have not heard from him since. Havas with the Belmont County Sheriff's Office confirms that Campbell has been missing for more than 15 months.
